Every word of God is flawless

Every word of God is flawless; he is a shield to those who take refuge in him.
(Proverbs 30:5)

하나님의 말씀은 다 순전하며 하나님은 그를 의지하는 자의 방패시니라 (잠언 30:5)

※ 해설

We can do nothing by our own ability, but God can do everything by his own creative power. He is sincere and trustful by all his words. Without our belief, the words never have a role as a spiritual shield. On the other hand, as we have stronger belief on his words, we will receive much stronger ability to overcome evils.

우리가 스스로 할 수 있는 것은 아무것도 없지만, 하나님께서는 그 분의 창조능력에 의해서 모든 것을 하십니다. 그 분은 말씀으로 신실하시며 믿음직스러운 분이지요. 믿음없이는, 그 말씀이 영적인 방패로서 기능하지 못할 것입니다. 반면에, 우리가 그 분의 말씀에 더 강한 믿음을 가질수록, 우리는 악을 이길 더 강한 힘을 얻게 될 것입니다.
